1 month!

Well we made it through our first month of marriage!  It's crazy how fast it went by...but at the same time, it feels like the wedding was a long time ago because of all that we have done the last month.  We absolutely loved and enjoyed our wedding day and now we've been going non-stop since.  We are happy to be in MA and getting settled into our home and our new life.  Married life is an adjustment, no matter how long you have known your spouse (7 years!) prior to getting married.  I think we are adjusting just fine-it's nice to get to hang out so much and eat dinner together every night and have the same plans on the weekend.  I think it's a little hard because John works at home and I am not working yet so he isn't used to having anyone around while he is working and I am a little bored.  When I get a job, that will all be better.  Job searching is going okay...I'm still pursuing a nanny job and have a couple of leads but nothing too promising just yet.  I know something will work out though and I'm trying to be patient and positive.

I really am so lucky to have the best husband (although I know everyone says that).  John is so loving and so supportive and wonderful.  Marriage has brought out a softer side of him, he has never been so sensitive and caring as he has been this last month (and really our whole engagement too).  We are happy and excited to be on this adventure and we can't wait for all the good things yet to come!
