Heidi Ruth was born earlier this evening at 7:29pm. She is 8 lb 3 oz and 21.5 inches long. She has long eyelashes and lots of dark hair and looks a lot like her big sister Leah. I'm sad that I'm not there in person to see her yet, but I'm excited about the technology we have! Matt has had his laptop and web cam in the hospital room so I was able to see Heidi already and even hear her cry. :-) She's only about 3 hours old, but I've already been emailed pictures and now I'm posting this to share with everyone (Deb never posts on her blog anyway).
The news from Matt is that Heidi and Debi are both doing great. I'm excited to meet niece #3 next weekend, but until then, here's a couple more of her first pictures:

Aaah, I'm so happy you posted pictures of her. Congrats on being an aunt again. :-D
Being an Aunt is wonderful. You get to play with them and do all the fun things their parents don't do. I am sure you are the best aunt. Congratulations.
